e-mandate is a Standing Instruction (SI) given by you on a merchant's website/Mobile App for utility / any other bill payment.

You can now use the SBI Card Mobile App or website to manage e-mandate/Standing Instruction set at merchant's website/Mobile App for payment using your SBI Credit Card.

Manage recurring e-mandate set at merchant platforms

You can now use the SBI Card Mobile App or website to manage e-mandate/Standing Instruction set at merchant's website/Mobile App for payment using your SBI Credit Card,

  • View e-mandate : View all the recurring e-mandate(s) and associated transaction(s) made with your SBI Credit Card
  • Modify e-mandates : Modify limit for e-mandate with variable value or validity period of e-mandate set on your SBI Credit Card
  • Cancel e-mandate : Cancel e-mandate set-up on your SBI Credit Card
  • Pre-Transaction notifications : Receive pre-transaction notification alerts., You can choose to opt out of e-mandate. Additionally, for transaction amount greater than Rs. 5,000 or the e-mandate limit set by you, approve through OTP for transaction to be processed by SBI Card
  • To manage your e-mandate(s) for recurring transaction(s) set at merchant platforms, click here.
  • Log in and click on Proceed button
  • Read through the disclaimer and share your acceptance.
  • You will now be able to see a list of e-mandate(s) for recurring transaction(s) set at merchant platforms
